Coffee County, GA (July 14, 2026) – A 24-year-old man sustained serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning, July 11, on SR 206 Connector in Coffee County, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
Troopers said the crash occurred shortly after midnight when a westbound pickup truck struck the pedestrian from behind.
Authorities identified the injured man as Tydarius R. Lester of Douglas. He was transported to Coffee Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.
